No more hunting for a lab. No more searching for the right doctor. No more piecing together your own plan. No more confusion about your risk.
Our integrated service, your best-in-class PFAS reduction
One simple at-home fingerstick test tells you where you stand
Your kit ships free to your door. A quick fingerstick measures the PFAS circulating in your blood and establishes your baseline. Complete it at home, return it in the prepaid mailer, and get your results back with full context: each compound against published reference ranges, plus your Tare Score™ to track over time.
Already measured your PFAS recently? Skip this step and start with the next.
A consultation with a physician to review your results and confirm the path forward
Once you enroll, we connect you to an independent physician familiar with PFAS and treatment options. They'll walk you through what your numbers mean, review your exposure history and medical context, order any necessary labs, and determine if treatment is appropriate for you. This lays the groundwork for the strongest possible outcome.
One initial consult, three months of supervised care
If your independent physician deems medication appropriate, your treatment will ship directly to your door, and free side effect support is included. Throughout your three months, your physician is reachable whenever you have a question.
We're a medical service, not a pill mill. If your physician doesn't think medication is the right fit, your first month's $169 is refunded in full.
A second PFAS test measures your actual reduction
Same fingerstick test, same prepaid mailer. You'll see exactly how your PFAS levels have changed, measured against your baseline. This retest is also how the Tare Guarantee is settled: complete the full three-month course and the retest, and if your levels haven't declined from baseline, we refund your three months of treatment.
Discuss your results and priorities with your physician
You have a final consultation with your physician to walk through your results. Based on your data and goals, you and your physician decide whether more treatment makes sense.
